I was very concerned about having to transport my home crafted Prairie Sofa and Morris Chair, not to mention the numerous side tables, coffee table and bookcase that I built. Harry assured me that they would be loaded and shipped on their feet (the couch and chair) which took up more room but made the 2,500 mile journey from Portland Oregon to Murfreesboro Tennessee without a scratch or compromise to the mortise and tenoned joints. I am so pleased with the whole process. Harry put my mind at ease from the start, knowing he has over 38yrs in the business and I felt I could trust his word from the start. I was NOT disappointed! The communication from the home office was great, but Harry kept me up to date, and I could text him directly with concerns. I felt blessed to have Harry as my loader/driver. Prestige/ Allied has a stellar reputation, but Harry made it all look easy. Everything was placed where I asked and he made sure I was happy before he left. I would highly recommend this company to acquaintances, friends, and family, but in particular, Harry Smead! Thanks!
